Whether you're buying your first home, vacation home, investment property, or moving,  property purchases can be time-consuming and stressful.  Purchasing a property is more than just changing addresses, it's about finding a space that speaks to you and finding a community where you feel like you fit in.  My job is to ensure that your purchase is streamlined and enjoyable and that you have all the tools you need to make the best decision for your family.

The Process

First off, I like to schedule an initial meeting with you, my clients, either in person or virtually, to get to know you better. This meeting is crucial because it helps me understand your needs, preferences, budget, and any specific requirements you might have for your new home and neighborhood. It's like laying down the foundation for a successful house hunt.

Once I have a clear idea of what you are looking for, it's time to hit the road—or rather, the listings. I'll start by curating a selection of properties that match your criteria and arranging viewings. This is where the fun begins! I'll take your on tours of various homes, pointing out the features that align with your wishlist and answer any questions may have along the way.  I'll also be offering my insights about the property.

As we visit different properties, you will start to narrow down your options based on what you like and dislike. Sometimes it takes a few viewings to find "the one," but that's all part of the process. Once you've found a home you love, it's time to make an offer.

Negotiating the offer can be a bit nerve-wracking, but that's where my expertise and my team's expertise comes in. I'll work closely with you to craft a competitive offer that reflects the market conditions and your budget. From there, it's a waiting game as I communicate back and forth with the seller's agent until an agreement is reached.

Once the offer is accepted, it's full steam ahead to closing day! This involves coordinating with various parties, such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure everything is in order for a smooth transition. 

Finally, closing day arrives, and it's time to sign on the dotted line. This is the moment your clients have been waiting for—the official transfer of ownership. As your trusted agent, I'll be there every step of the way to guide you through the final paperwork and celebrate this exciting milestone together.

My job doesn't end here, however.  Finding the perfect property is just the beginning of our partnership.  I have selected partners with who will assist with lending and relocation, and, after you've moved in, we have contacts for everything from pool maintenance to dog walkers to landscape maintenance.
